KAPALLAQ – Peruvian

What looked on pics on YELP as a fast food chain ended up being a kind of fancy modern Peruvian Restaurant.

Had a hard time deciding what to get and ended up with the Beef Saltado which is typical.  Nicole had it “easy” because there was only one vegetarian option in the Menu:  Vegetarian Chaufa, which is like Chinese fried rice.

We had a great time as usual and we went there just after here summer class of tutoring for the SAT and ACT test.  Spoke about summer plans with her friends.
